The rent amounts to between euro 60 and 115 per day and object, depending upon apartment and season. Payment is possible also in USD or CHF. From 8 days onward the rent reduces by 10%. Prices for long-term rents according to agreement. For the final cleaning we charge a flat rate of EURO 25 per person. The price includes all additional expenses as water, current and heating as well as bed linen. After previous arrangement a washing machine and a laundry dryer can be used. We recommend using our airport pick-up for ease of organization (handing over the flat). Our partner will await you and drive you to the flat. The price for the airport pick-up is EURO 50 for up to 4 persons. The full cost (rent and the end cleaning) must be paid in advance. (More details here). If you wish for, we organize the invitation letter you need for the Visa application for you. For this we charge EURO 50.
